About the Program
As part of your corporate strategic plan for organizational growth at all levels, enhanced communications, skill development, knowledge growth, and stronger relationships, we are pleased to offer a mentor/ training your replacement program.
To tell you more about the program, we will offer several informative orientation sessions. After the completion of these orientation sessions, we will gather the names of those interested in participating in the pilot program. Anyone interested in understanding the benefits, goals, and objectives of a mentoring/train your replacement program may attend.
Attend if you are interested in helping others be as successful as you are (be a mentor). Attend if you are interested in learning how to be as successful as another employee (be a protégé). In addition to receiving detailed information, come with your questions, and leave with answers.
