Mentor & Protégé began when a group of recognized leaders decided to build something better. As a team, we sought the autonomy to innovate and the space to fully utilize our collective talent. The name "Mentor & Protégé" pays homage to the many unofficial teachers who shaped our careers. We believe leadership is a cycle: we were once the protégés, and today, we are the mentors. We combine our unique skill sets to offer high-level consultancy that remains deeply human and professionally rigorous.
