Brigett is a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience serving large organizations across the Southwest. While her early career focused on youth development in after-school enrichment programs, she soon felt a calling to pursue therapy as a deeper way to support young people. Unlike traditional practitioners, she possesses extensive experience in high-acuity settings, including residential treatment, secure facilities, and criminal justice populations.

Today, Brigett specializes in Trauma Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Moving beyond the traditional office setting, she incorporates nature-based therapy, often utilizing hiking to engage the senses and the elements.

Raised in the Midwest, her career trajectory and studies led her to several states and abroad to Mexico City for an immersive anthropology program. In her leisure time, Brigett enjoys swimming, hiking, and crafting.
