Our partnership began as colleagues, whose shared experiences and collaborative spirit naturally inspired the creation of this venture. The name "Mentor & Protégé" pays homage to the many teachers who shaped our career trajectories. We believe leadership is a cycle: we were once the protégés, and today, we are the mentors.
