The idea of creating a company with the mission to help other organizations grew completely organically. At one point, we were part of the same successful leadership team, working closely toward a mission of making a long-lasting impact—one that would remain independent of our future individual involvement.

Everyone brought a unique set of skills that complemented one another, enabling us to simultaneously learn from each other, building on our collective strengths while improving our weaknesses.

Eventually, we moved into new roles and pursued different professional opportunities. However, despite no longer working together, we continued to rely on one another, often providing advice and guidance in our new careers. It was then we realized that as a group we had something special worth preserving and sharing with other organizations seeking to develop their structure and secure a successful future.
